It's actually quite remarkable how every episode that features Belos/Philip at any length has these small moments where it makes him seem almost sympathetic or have redeeming traits, then just makes him even worse.
This man is vile. Absolutely fascinating, but utterly vile.
He's an excellent villain.
I still hold onto the line that he might feels bad when his brothers reincarnations betray him.
but let’s face it:

if he can’t find another way to react to his dearest brother’s betrayal, than to start the same cycle of abuse again and again, it’s really worthless.

like he would rather kill his brother SIXTEEN
times, instead of considering that maybe, he is wrong about stuff.
so yeah

fuck you!!!
i’m so excited about the tintenherz series but i really gotta stop shooting myself in the foot by coming on here to look at fan art before i’ve read tintentod… just found out a certain character comes back from the dead.

Is that how we lived then? But we lived as usual. Everyone does, most of the time. Whatever is going on is as usual. Even this is as usual, now.
We lived, as usual, by ignoring. Ignoring isn’t the same as ignorance, you have to work at it.
